A new AI feature has officially landed in Beacon – introducing Ask Beacon, Beacon’s built-in AI chatbot.

What is Ask Beacon?

Ask Beacon is an integrated AI chatbot built directly into the Beacon platform. It helps turn your marketing data into clear, conversational insights – and provides support across the platform when you need it.

It has two core functions:

  • Data insights – understand your performance across Website, Social, Thought Leadership, and Email data, as well as how it compares to other Beacon firms
  • Platform support – get guidance on how to use Beacon features

How it works (and why it’s powerful):

Ask Beacon sits directly in your Beacon dashboard and acts as an intelligent layer between you and your data.

When you ask a question, it:

  1. Gathers relevant data from your Beacon dashboard
  2. Interprets your question
  3. Returns a clear, structured answer in plain English

It allows you to:

  • Ask questions in natural language
  • Understand your performance across Website, Social, Thought Leadership, and Email data
  • Compare performance across firms without needing to manually type out firm names into the chat

In short: you ask, Beacon answers.
